[@Holy Soldier] I was thinking something vaguely humanoid but clearly not (horns, wings, maybe odd skin color) who's incredibly old and well connected so they can be a researcher (since there's so many agents) but they don't have morals (moreso they just don't get why doing something like killing somebody is wrong) and they consume souls. But really smart, a great asset, but not trustworthy in the field.
