Uh. In my opinion I doubt that.

Don't know what Ariamis' call is, but as far as I'm aware MIST pierces through anything when it attacks. It's not radiation in the typical sense since it destroys any organic matter it touches. I doubt the base would have the technology to combat that, even with your shield.

As for the BFG, from what I can gather it's a medium ranged weapon which is also MIST's range. To top that, even if it did have long-rage capabilities, you said yourself that the blast wears off. That won't be enough to kill it in one shot, as Serah and Sigma had to set off a metric buttload of explosives using a massive plasma core.

As far as I'm aware, the pilots in this program are called up for a... specific reason.
