Well now I finally get to respond. Technora isn't gonna be making headway anytime soon, and is there mostly for story and flavor (a space company probably wants to try to get back into space). If at any point you do want to introduce it, then they'll do something other than waste money and get satellites meant to de-orbit debris turned into more debris by all the debris.
