Social Class: Commoner
Social Class Explanation: An orphan his whole childhood Barney grew up in a family barely making enough to sustain the boys' home he lived in. He might've been considered low-class if it wasn't for his sudden inheritance.
Personality: Some would say Barney is a criminal, he figures himself more of an innovator. A pioneer to the world and he can convince about anyone he is in it for the greater good. This is because he truely believes he is a source of justice.

Though twisting the truth is another specialty of Barney's he has a way with words that many cant compare to. Though formal argueing was never his thing, Barney liked to speak his mind and not stick to a plan. The debate team tried to convince Barney to join many times but Barney would always use his heart too much. Though he made valid points he would fight the side of the arguement he believed was right, even if he was assigned the other.

However Barney does have a said kryptonite, being a man very led by his personal will. He tends to slack, doing the bare minimum. He believes learning is not by getting a brade but by actually gaining substance from his studies. Refusing to study and always procrastinating Barney tends to get by with just listening in class. However he is a typical rebel and loves to "update" the order. He will give the teacher a lesson and once he gets on a role it's hard to stop him.
History: Abandoned 2 days after birth Barney's family was the boys' home for as long as he could remember. He was a prom night mistake and was left on the front porch with a card that said Barney Peter on it.The home was owned by Terrance and Delilah Smith who had already been raising 20 boys. Barney grew up a poor life constantly fighting and getting picked on. All ages were housed and this meant alot of things, but mostly that he had to learn how to argue with someone half a decade older than you. As well as how to trick someone near half a century older. 

School was nothing short of a breeze for Barney, though it did not appear that way. Barney's grades were nothing special, C average most of his years. He refused to try, in his mind there was always a way around a problem. This attitude lead into high school where he found that not having the money he so desired in his pocket was a problem. Getting a job was not the answer Barney accepted, there had to be another way. But he had to be smart with this major felony, he couldn't just pump out hundreds of bills he had to be smart. So he sold most of his valuables and bought and rented the materials he needed.

He didn't just go out and by things he bought things from friends and solo traders. He would buy things like drugs, guitars, alcohol, empty kegs, speaker systems. Anything he could get his hands on and then would sell the items back at a higher price this time gaining legitiment bills. The profit was huge mostly because he mainly ripped off small time drug dealers. Though he did dable in creating fake IDs he much more enjoyed the currnecy trade.Talking his way out of the princepals office one too many times Barney was facing getting a transfer from the boys home to another in a different county. 

Though it wasn't a great habit Barney always put aside money for a lottery ticket. He probably bought 15 a month for a year. Then one day, barney won. He won big, he won the mega millions jackpot. Well actually the ticket was technically Terrance's but since Barney bought the ticket. Barney got the majority of the money spent on him. Terrance thought before Barney had to get transferred he'd send him away to a boarding school. The best he could find, so Barney packed up his things and was sent away.

Miscellaneous: Very open to pretty much any activity, still counterfeits to this day, loves paintball, is athletic but by no means a jock,knows how fight (dirty), loves to "gamble"
