That only happened [i]after[/i] Neji basically reformed shit indirectly by exposing the truth. Before that, things were pretty unequal and there was a lot of mixed feelings about it. 

In the RP, I'm not sure what shape it will take. I was planning to get a Hyuga chunin but actually remembered you were doing one (which is good, I want to make an original clan or something.) so that's good at least.
