I have caught up with reading, and what a ride it was. I have some posts to make for some civilians/police officers, as well as an encounter to continue moving with one of the locations. 

[@Burning Kitty] I would encourage you, and everyone else, to look up the GPS coordinates on the googles before trying to say you are approaching the base. Getting there is more of an encounter as a team as well, but can be done alone if you choose. Also I would much appreciate that you stop portraying the police and people as trigger happy Luddites, this is the DCU after all... it wont be their first rodeo with weird shit.
