About the age, I don't know if it's best to keep it. As you said, people might have to change it on their CS if they actually have a birthday. Just having someones B.O.D. makes it easier as the shift of age is still implied and nobody has to edit their CS. In IC characters can work out the age of people based on the information they know about each other.

The 'Also Known As' could this include preferred names? I was thinking about having my character introduce themselves as something easier to say, or shortened. Kind of like;
"My names Andrew, but you can call me Andy"
