I don't like NTR because it desensitizes people's value a bit... But I think we can settle this with kinder words guys. Let's just, uh. Talk about how cool water is. o-o
Um... This may seem like a weird time to post something like this, but the concept art for one of the major characters in the upcoming "Red Nile" story is complete! Some details to his weapons and etc are in the hider!
Name: Bang Constantine Age: 20 Race: Human Weapon: Twin Cities Bang throws out attacks enhanced by his Semblance, physical prowess, and the Twin Cities gauntlets. The more attacks and blocks the gauntlets are actively used in, the more it begins to overheat. Once overheated, Bang can choose to activate one of his Gauntlets' special features. Using one of the Overheated attacks will cool down both Gauntlets. When chosen, Constantinople opens up and turns into a vacuum while a directly connected Bangkok powers its suction with its destructive engine, sucking Bang's opponents to the gauntlet out-of-control. When the few seconds of vacuum ends, the gauntlet releases a shockwave that blasts Bang's opponents 5 kilometers away from himself. Aiming the gauntlet in an open area upward usually means that Bang intends on leaving as soon as possible. When chosen, Bang will use Constantinople as a cooling vent using its vacuum system as Bangkok overcharges with an intense heat. Any projectiles such as bullets will be sucked into Constantinople and be turned into a molten substance. The longer Bang charges his next attack, the more intensity his attack gains. After he cocks Bangkok twice, it will promptly blast off towards a target direction Bang chooses. All substances turned molten will be left in a thin blazing hot trail behind Bang's path. The maximum time he can wait is five seconds before the attack automatically activates. Alternatively, if Bang does not want to use these special features, he can cool down Twin Cities by quickly releasing the heat from the gauntlets in a split moment. It should be taken to note that Twin Cities has a chance of suddenly activating one of the gauntlets’ special features in a randomized fashion, so Bang’s safest bet is to chain together attacks while managing to maintain the heat of his weapons. Semblance: Reset When Bang performs an incredibly powerful attack or straining movement, he can immediately “cancel” the momentum of the attack/move and immediately connect it with any other attack/move he can perform. He can use Reset up to five times in a row, letting him overheat Twin Cities very quickly if his opponent tries to overpower him. Reset quickly leaves behind afterimages of Bang for a split moment based on how many times he has consecutively used it, and that is the only way to count how many times he has consecutively used Reset in a string of attacks. Fighting Style: Bang utilizes a hybrid art of boxing and Kuntao. Loaded with fast, hard-hitting attacks that are closely knitted together, Bang is guaranteed to hit REALLY hard if one underestimates not only his weapons, Twin Cities, but also his Semblance and his general knowledge in keeping the neutral between him and his opponent at either a balance or towards his favor. He has no form of armor or ranged attacks aside from his smoking hot gauntlets, but those weaknesses can be easily overlooked by his opponents if they are too intimidated by his attacks alone. Although young, his broad-minded and serious personality, along with his natural talent in fighting, easily makes him a tough foe to take down. Personality and Background: Born to two loving Atlas parents who now resided in Vale, Bang grew up to be a talented star in the field of boxing. His serious attitude is a complete contrast to his parents, who are naturally sociable, but he still shares the same trait of being friendly. At least, he tries to be friendly, but the way he thinks is four-dimensional. Despite this, he is known to have met Apophis multiple times and partly served the role of helping Sangue leave the wilderness. He appears in Chapter 7 of the Red Nile as a young teenager.
