For battle skills, you probably noticed in games that there are physical skills and magical skills. You can use only one, or both if you choose. 
Your techniques are fine, It's smart to come up with one that boosts your overall charisma stat. Very nice. There were a few grammatical problems but it's nothing to really complain about.
