[i]Noting that 15 is the minimum age for a playable character in this RP, and the superhuman event was 15 years ago, nearly all have technically had their powers manifested within life.[/i] But since Mundin was founded at 3 months later within the calendar from the month when the uprising started, those born within the 3 month timeframe may also have been born with acquiring powers either immediately or manifested later.

But if you also refer to whether one had acquired their powers immediately at the time of the superhuman event or had manifested them later, then that can also be both.
