Also, which move set lists are we using?

Ralts learns Double Team at level 6 in ORAS (which is the one I was assuming we were working with since it was the most recent game when this thread was made), and generally learns moves earlier in the more recent games but I noticed that Ralts didn't learn it upon level up.
