Well yeah I'm going to be a bit harsher on slacking replies. If even after a day that person hasn't responded to say a mission they are on then they will be PM'd and notified that they have been removed from the mission etc. If that person doesn't reply for a week without notice their character will be killed off. Problem is that Bleach RP's need to keep moving at a steady to fast-ish pace to get anywhere and stay interesting to people, something that makes you want to keep checking the RP.

Custom skills will be allowed but probably bring that in a bit later into the RP, likely sometime early next year. Let people settle in a bit first etc.

Edit: Just want to mention that of course if someone has a good reason to not reply to keep things moving then we will likely extend the reply duration to two days or they could just bow out of the mission but that really doesn't look good.
