Pulling Tenshi from team Wildcard [@BladeSS4].
Then pulling Mu Sarutobi from team Konoha [@Pkken] 
Replace Mu with Tenshi, Mu Sarutobi goes to team Wildcard. 

Place Kohaku in team Konoha (which would mean it wasn't team Konoha anymore) and then put Dio at the leadership of that squad. It accomplishes both my goals of having the Hokage not lead a squad, and having a 3 man. 

Just be aware that [i]if[/i] we do this, your character could be replaced as leader later on, if I feel the need for it.
