[@BubbleGumKing]That would depend on how that would work. Davy Jones would have some sort of reality marble world in the form of the locker, and I'm not sure how useful a ship would be in a city, which does have a coast, but most battles will be in the city leaving you land locked. I'd recommend using the Headless Horseman, Sakata Kintoki, or maybe even Medb. But if you have an idea for Jones you can give it a go.

However we also need a master for Caster I believe which comes with Rider's obligation unless someone else steps up for that.
