[@vancexentan] I believe [@Grey] is mastering Caster, unless I am mistaken. I haven't really been keeping track of who was going with who, but that's what I have down for Caster's Master.
But if [@BubbleGumKing] don't mind mastering Caster and Grey doesn't object, then I'm all for it.

Also, in the case of Davy Jones' Noble Phantasm, the Reality Marble might be the most appropriate, because Davy Jones' Locker, but maybe not summoning the tide or the like. Or if that's too Op, then make it a "Territory Creation" skill like my Caster. But if you do that, then I don't know what kind of Noble Phantasm he would have. Maybe summoning the spirits of his crew or the like?
