All I'll really add from this point is that I'm ready and willing to take the position and I fully believe as some others have vouched that I have the ability to civilly end any spats that may break out. With miscommunication commonly being cited as the main issue I believe that I'm fairly good at sorting those issues out.

That being said I will say this honestly, I don't think another GM on team Swansong is really a great solution. If Lucius was promoted it'd be a gm-only team and I just don't believe that'll help with a lack of communication to be fairly frank, having a more diversified GM team might be a slightly better option. That's my serious opinion, feel free to take it as any of you will.
