Personality: Echo is playful and flirty, but those who have deemed her stupid have regretted their assumptions. She has an almost child-like quality about her, fully enjoying and appreciating every new thing she encounters.
Backstory: Echo is a mermaid enjoying her Wander Year : a year's time when mermaids are allowed to leave the sea and live as a human before returning home to live out the rest of their lives at sea. On the advice of others in her pod she took many gems from the ocean floor and various shipwrecks in order to fully enjoy everything the human world could offer in comfort during her Wander Year. Many have tried to pry information from her, where she comes from and where she got her hands on such high quality gems so quickly, but Echo enjoys being mysterious far too much to reveal anything. Rumors circle about her but many have written her off as an empty-headed childish girl who is living off of daddy's money, although guesses abound as to who exactly her daddy is.
