[@smarty0114] Okay, thing is you will need a rifle skill - without a rifle skill he wouldn't be able to actually use the rifle. Or were you going for the deception to make people believe he knew how to use it but not actually be able to operate it? (Sorry, it's early so want to make sure I am not missing anything.)
