The CS skelly is in there and will need to be filled out fully and posted here in the OOC for review before joining officially. If you have any questions, ask away. Just so you know, all new comers to the Rp will be given a random entry point and won't start out with relations or knowing anyone. You will be basically dropped off somewhere outside of the two current main settlements and then worked into the story via IC posts.
