MARCE JANNE, Sage of Zeal antihero (playable scenario)/antagonist (Grand Council scenario) work in progress

Marce Janne
aged 34, stopped aging at early twenties female American GAU 5'7", 58 kg. Has a very long ponytail usually hidden in a veil, making her appear to have a bob cut. When unwinded, Marce is revealed to have very long and straight princess-cut hair. Curvy, slightly pear figure. Nigh-scarless, with the exception of a tiny slash on her hip that she deliberately didn't heal to keep as war memorabilia.
"You may call me Marce, mi querida." Personality Ruthless in desiring to achieve her goals, Marce enjoys her high position as a Grand Councillor and asserts herself in front of many. She is reputedly known among the Council to have the most loyal and dedicated servants, mainly due to allowing them access free will, free judgement, and free meals and other incentives, though she is also rather hard on training. Failure is certainly to be met with harsh punishments, but Marce is ready to forgive should her subordinates still have served a purpose (and will do so), or should their error not be their fault. Marce enjoys fighting, and shows honorable respect towards even the most damning opponents of the GAU should they put up a worthy fight. She is notorious for often preferring to fight right at the frontlines rather than debate in the chambers, often seen at many GAU advances yet absent in council sessions. Still, her valor has earned her considerable respect among the Grand Councillors, despite being scolded at times for being unruly by Council standards. All that aside, Marce is also known for being rather... flirtatious. She had attempted to engage in courtship with a few Councilmen already, but with little luck. Even at the battlefield, Marce is known to be a little too amorous when it comes to facing worthy or charming opponents. Marce is also noted to be very flippant and playful at times, though she knows how to be serious in Council matters. Though not a smoker, Marce is fond of alcohol, most often beer. Abilities Marce is capable of such a plethora of magics, such as flight, barriers and such that it would be a pain to list them all. From then on, it can be inferred that her magical stamina far exceeds the typical user, and that even her mental capacity is strong enough to control many mind-degrading powers. Her abilities are furthermore amplified by her staff-slash-polearm, specially crafted and gifted by her subjects. Marce is also known to have collaborated with her fellow Councilmen in creating two sapient summons, of which she had entrusted military command with. Her greatest specialty, however, lies in her large-scale manipulation of gravity. At its most basic, it's just "glorified telekinesis", though far greater in magnitude and enough to lift skyscrapers with ease. More elaborate abilities, however, include strengthening gravity such that it immobilizes with weight, inverting gravity within a large field, and even the creation of devastating black holes and other singularities. As an added defense, Marce is also capable of transforming her vestments into full armor, magically lightweight yet sturdy. Her armor is able to repel collateral damage from her own attacks, and blocks most mind attacks and some hurt from magical attacks, though this sacrifices her staff-polearm's amplification ability. Like all, however, Marce is still no exception to suffering her own fatigues after a while of fighting. Her increased capacity serves more to handle her sheer power rather than to prolong her in a confrontation on an all-out fighting style. Biography Not much is known of Marce's life prior to and during incident, aside from the fact that she was 19 during that time. Her details chronicling her ascent into the Grand Council is classified, and remains a highly sought mystery. She controls well over a seventh of the GAU's force and a few notably powerful generals including her two summons. Marce's desire for battle has made her a participant of many of GAU's decisive battles over the past years, including the Union's steamrolling crusades for expansion and the extermination of some of the most notorious rebellion forces, including lure and ambush missions.
Specialties -proficiency with melee techniques -perceptive -multilingual; understands multitudes of languages, and speaks with mastery on eight: English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Latin. -charismatic -leadership Equipment -Her trusty staff-slash-polearm, the Sage's Scepter, capable of melee attack and magical amplification. -Expensive, blingy stuff just for show. -Other arcane tools. Relationships Sora Zardathian - Most certainly have met him during the extermination of his rebel group. Does not really care much about him, but particularly impressed with how he had managed to land a blow on her fellow Councilman. Sora, on the other hand, very likely holds a deep grudge against her for massacring his peers, and for some responsibility on his father's death. Janice Ward - May have heard of her as a powerful technomancer. Somewhat dismayed at her disappearance, though all forgettable in the end. Jane Wick - No actual direct relations with Wick since she was under the management of a different Grand Councillor, though looks at her name with disdain.
