[@NightmareInd] Loki's got most of it down. It's got the gritty, big city stuck in the past feel. For instance, the alley that the bar is in? It's ground is cobblestone and so is the whole street. Everything seems open almost twenty-four seven. It was actually mid-day in my post but since I didn't express that we can go with night to better fit for loki's character's post. 

For the future, do you all want me to place an OOC post with time/setting where I add features? Or would you like me to work it into my IC posts?
