Yes there are Witchers like you think them (Witcher Witchers/ Spooks/ ect.) But that was long ago and they were phased out as humans stopped believing. Now only the rarest person angers the Fae in such a way. Most of those that do notice them, worship them or simply note them as supernatural and leave them at that.
