The Terra continue to move smoothly and honestly, it felt more like a military inspired cruise than other things. The overall atmosphere of the men and women who served here was that complacency. Had they not earned such feelings however? Being apart of the UNF offered power to those who previously had none, or so the people say. Obviously being a part of such military is not easy but comes with perks and a position of power if you work at it. “It’s about that time. Call the Alpha team to the bridge for the mission briefing” Dawn ordered swiftly. The response came instantly. “Yes, sir!” A sound could be heard over the speakers installed in each area of the Terra similar to a microphone being turned on. The controlled breath of a male soldier follows and soon after a booming voice: “Attention Alpha Team. All members are to report to the bridge immediately for mission briefing. I repeat. Attention Alpha Team-” This went on for about another minute or so. Everyone on the ship could hear this but for those who were members of Alpha team, could feel their body stiffen as they are being called upon. None of the members knew what the mission is even about and this is the opportunity to find that out. When all members of the team report to the bridge, they would see Captain Dawn, awaiting with a cup of coffee in his hand and several files to his immediate left. Levity on the front lines like this is one of the few ways they cope with the stress of their mission. Today in particular is an important day to for the Ordo Sanctus and certain members will find out why in just a moment. Just as Hale finishes complementing the engineer working on the speed boost, she hears a familiar yell coming from near-by, mainly, above her. She gave slight eye roll and soon after could not stifle a chuckle leaving her lips. “Damn right, Neil!” She responds back with just about the same amount of energy and tone back at him. “If you want to come take a look, come on down! You’ll like this one!” The familiarity that Hale holds with her crew is one of kind. It’s one of the reason why she was chosen as a Commander. Not only did she do what's best for the troops that serve under her, but she does what she can to get every soldier back alive if possible. The Ordo could not and cannot afford to lose people so she treats each mission like her lasts. Incidentally, this garnered a lot of respect from all ranks She spots Captain Aura saluting and reporting "Captain Aura Kalstov, reporting as ordered ma'am!" “At ease” Her tone changed on the dime after giving the order, she eases up. “Early as always, Aura. Stuff like that is the reason why you were promoted.” She compliments before eyeing Yazmin near by, saluting the Captain as she approached. “You can ease up too, Yazmin, come on in!” She calls out to with a friendly wave. “When Mr. Neil brings himself down here, we’ll start the briefing early. The sooner i tell you all the mission, the sooner you all can come back with good news.” The amount of confidence Hale held while she spoke is amazing. She has no doubts that Aura, Yazmin and Neil would succeed. Anyone who heard this, would definitely pick up on that confidence.
[@Kyrisse][@POOHEAD189][@Deadnaut]
