I am perfectly alright with that. 

In fact, considering what I know of Draco... he is the kind of guy that if he came across a young witch that wasn't really dangerous to people (expect in self defense) and more zealous hunters/people were closing in... he would be inclined to help the witch and take them under his wing so to say in order to give them the best possible chance in life... while also letting them now that not everyone is out to get 'em.

If any of the witches (well... the more people friendly ones... or had at least been at some point in their lives) want to have had Draco bail them out of a bad situation in the past, I'm happy to do so.
