She's a wendigo.

As in, basically she's a spirit of greed/gluttony, or at least possessed by one that can literally eat almost anything (though prefers human flesh) and is about eeeh...twice the size of a human and is incredibly strong. That's why she has such good hearing and sense of smell, whilst having fairly poor vision.

While I don't plan for her to fully lose herself to the beast and go full berserk rage mode, and her access to its strength is quite limited due to the seal placed on her but she can, and will, eat pretty much just about anything and can roughly lift around ~200 lbs with some difficulty even as weak looking as she is.
