[@13org]Well let me rephrase... I don't think he's horrible. I find him to be rather awesome as a sort of... Jekle and Hyde sort of thing. Like one side is the monster who is hated and the other is the scholar who is needed. Two sides of the same coin that together make the inevitabilities that Lusius has before him. It's like looking into the future really. Either Lusius gives in to the beast inside and becomes the blood loving killer that Emmerich is showing, or he resists and continues to fight to one day become the scholar.

Now it's Lusius who hates and finds him to be horrible... See Lusius has been fighting against all that Emmerich is currently preaching. Embracing the monster within, becoming the clawed beast who stalks the night against those who already rule it, etc. He doesn't want to be that so he finds him to literally be the worst possible future for himself. He sees Emmerich as a sort of failure of himself, lke if he gives in he'll become what Emmerich is saying, a real monster of the night.

Which is mostly why I'm loving having those two together. Sure Lusius hates it, but I as the player love it.
