Mikey saw the fire ball, but wasn't worried in the slightest as it approached. Closer.. Closer.. What was he doing? With a flick of his knee, he summoned a whip of water and tried to swat the flame ball away, and weaken it so that his shield would absorb the brunt of the attack with ease, but as his water whipe lashed out, the evaporated before it was even able to touch the flames. Mikey's eyes widened as it spun faster and faster mere second before it struck his bubble, and grinded against its surface with orange-hot spinning flames. His bubble shield immediately split open, and Mikey spun himself around, trying to avoid taking the attack head on. Moments after, his shield popped entirely, and the flame saw cut right through his left arm, leaving a two inch gash that was immediately cauterized in his shoulder. His arm went limp and he fell towards the ground, but just before he landed, his bubble reappeared, softening his fall, and putting him back on his feet. He stood in place, keeping his barrier up, utterly surprised by what had just happened. 'He was able to channel more arcane energy in the ball after launching it? And change its shape after it left his body?' That was high level magic! He already knew that Jenso was capable of his flame dragon punch, which he wasn't worried about at all, but this focused attack, despite being less powerful, wasn't something that Mikey could deal with using his Battle bubble. Mikey's bubble disappeared again and he grabbed his arm, covering the wound in a thin layer of water. In moments, his skin was fused back together, but he still couldn't move his arm. It was a temporary healing technique, far too weak for him to actually restore functionality in his limb, but strong enough to keep his skin from ripping any further. "What was that?" Mikey asked with a smile. The fact that this guy could solidify fire... Just who the hell was he?
