Heh, cheers. I consider myself a writer before a role-player, and I've got a very major story project I've been working on for many years. Essentially, most of my role-plays (at least in my current ideas) will be considered very loosely connected to that project, but only in the sense of them being part of a multiverse -- I won't set them in the same world as the project, since I don't want it to interfere with my project. I just find myself unable to totally detach any idea I come up with completely from my main work.
