I'm intending to make that a big surprise for people/characters.

It's obvious Saul has at least an inkling of a thing for Flynn, but Flynn has too many walls in place to reciprocate any feelings that wouldn't result in a one-night stand. So, depending on how perceptive Jacob is, he may or may not get close to Flynn to become comfortable enough to confide in him. :(

Writing Romance is a lot easier when you have a solid grasp on how you plan to take things, though it has its downsides, such as the spontaneity of two RPers mushing up their characters. But I think we all know that the latter happens too quickly for anyone to ever comprehend or of ever being wholly realistic.
