Though he is known to get very bad headaches and tends to be quiet or becomes a loner when they occur and tends to forget things. 
Life In Fairytale World: The Monkey King has lived in Fairytale World all his life mainly living alone in his mountain training when The Evil Enchantress took over and her forces taking over he stayed out of sight for awhile before eventually they came to his mountain where he managed to fight the Enchantress's forces. However when he was about to win he was hit with a sudden headache and was captured by her men. Sun ended up having to work with her against his will for now but. The Monkey King is waiting for the right time to escape.
