Leisy Takigawa
— Outskirts of Stillwater — While Ella’s shock had sent Leisy spinning around in alarm, it was the deathly cold streak of slime rolling up Leisy’s back that froze her up. Shivering, Leisy turned around slowly, coming face-to-face with a pair of big, red eyes and a wild grin. “Aah!” Leisy shrieked, ducking and scrambling to a safe distance. A cackle of delight was heard from the grinning face, and a whoosh in the air told Leisy that she was being followed by her phantom pursuer. “Bidein, Tackle!” Leisy shouted, mind whirling as she scrambled for a safe distance. The Fletchling took to the air, but the ghost-type in pursuit was too fast. The cheshire-esque face was waiting for Leisy in front of the bushes she’d hoped would provide her refuge. “Blergh,” the ghost-type said, purple smog abound as it stuck out its tongue and popped its eyes in a comedic way. A brief silence ensued, and the ghost Pokemon allowed its face to return to normal before drifting over to the girl to check on his new playmate. “Gastly?” “Huh. That was… unexpected,” Leisy said with a puzzled frown, looking the ghost-type up and down as she pulled out her Pokedex. “Gastly, huh?” The Gastly grinned, doing a slow three-sixty in the air to show its delight in being correctly identified. “For a ghost, you’re awfully—” Leisy paused to search for the word—“happy.” “Gas, Gastly!” the Gastly said, grinning and preparing another lick. An angry Quick Attack came out of nowhere, driving the Gastly back in surprise. The attacker — a Fletchling — chirped angrily as it reclaimed its perch on the girl’s shoulder. “Hold on,” Leisy said, eyes wide as she stared at the Gastly. “Did that move just… pass through the you?” The Gastly nodded with a proud grin, drifting forwards and through Leisy and Bidein. “Wow,” Leisy said in admiration. Grinning, the Gastly drifted over to the bird Pokemon on the girl’s shoulder and licked him, successfully paralyzing him. A scramble for both her Pokemon and her Pokemon’s Pokeball ensued, and Leisy didn’t even notice when the Gastly claimed its own Pokeball still inside the girl’s bag. “Paralysis, a condition that causes a Pokemon to be unable to attack a quarter of the time,” Leisy read from her Pokedex with a worried frown. “I’ve got to get you to a Pokemon Center then, Bidein,” Leisy said, clutching her Pokeball and rising from where she’d landed after her dive for the falling bird. Looking around, she noticed that the ghost Pokemon had disappeared. Thank Arceus I don’t have to deal with him anymore, Leisy thought in relief as she rejoined Ella. “Time to go then, Ella?” she asked, noticing the girl’s victorious grin. “Oh, congratulations! The Ghost-type paralyzed Bidein and left, so I’ll have to drop by the Pokemon Center soon.”

Organization: Helping Hand Guild TP: 111 +1 +1(HHG bonus) = 113 Inventory:

Pokeball x 3
Rare Candy x 2
Pokemon:

Bidein “Dei” ♂ — Fletchling (7)
Naunet ♀ — Piplup (7)
Devinco “Devi” ♂ — Larvitar (5)
Cassia “Sia” ♀ — Ekans (1)
♂ — Gastly (1)

[@luckyblackcat]

Shanae Eller
— Central City — “Good thing you caught me on one of my more colorful days then,” Shanae said with a laugh, tugging at her neon blue bomber jacket. “I hardly ever get a chance to wear this old thing,” she said with a wistful smile, mind skipping back to the last time she’d worn the familiar article of clothing. Back when she was still rambunctious and rearing for battle, not a thought about responsibilities or forging relationships. Looking at the boy again, Shanae noticed that he didn’t have any Pokemon out. Polite as well, she mused to herself. Sure there weren’t any rules against having your Pokemon out on the tram, but locals and frequent borders knew better than to let their Pokemon sit in their laps or — Arceus forbid — the seat next to them. Fur and other rubbings aside, there was the matter of courtesy. Shanae, for one, didn’t care how respectable or pretty a champion’s Ninetails could be if it took up the entire hallway with its silky tails. She herself had refrained from bringing her Pokemon out — even silent, broody Ebon — because of this. “Attention passengers, we will be arriving at the Ironforge station in approximately fifteen minutes. All passengers disembarking may exit through the back doors of the compartment. New passengers will arrive through the front doors.” “Well, that’s our stop,” Shanae said, stretching her arms and checking that her bag was buckled, closed, and zipped. “What are you planning to do — turn in for the night or go around for some late night hunting?” Shanae paused, frowning. “Also, I never got your name.”

Organization: Helping Hand Guild [Founder] TP: 22 +1 +1(HHG) =24 Inventory:

2 Pokeballs
1 Evolution Shard
Pokemon:

Ebon ♂ — Houndour (6)
Turris ♂ — Aron (6)
Dius ♂ — Trapinch (4)
Amatorius ♂ — Jigglypuff (7)
Alcedo “Alci” ♀ — Joltik (2)
Otiosus “Oti” ♂ — Lotad (2)
Endymion “Endy” ♂ — Lapras (10)

♀ — Hoppip (1)

[@eklispe]
87CP
