           As shown above in the picture. She has short black hair with bangs covering her forhead. (minus the tiara) Her eyes are a dark purple color and has pink lips. Hotaru has a pale white color to her skin and wears a choker. In the center of that choker is a star shaped pin. As for clothing. It bares the likeliness of a sailor uniform but has a purple skirt and color with a dark colored bow decorating the center of her chest and a second much larger bow at her back. She wears a pair of gloves going all the way to her elbow with a purple trim. Her boots are knee high and as you may have guessed. Also purple.

[b]Personality/Motivation:[/b]
        She is an artist, she loves pokemon and quite often likes to sketch them into her pad. She never had dreams of becoming a pokemon master but she did want to become a pokemon researcher like her father. She does find it a form of art to battle though. Win or Lose she finds it thrilling and will often request to tape such events with her camera. It was good research to her.  Her favorite type of pokemon though are the mysterious type. Psychic, Ghost, or Dark types to be exact but all pokemon are precious to her.

~ What was it like before you moved here to Alola?
[b]History:[/b]
     She grew into a family of researchers. Her father was named Souichi. He did not work at a lab like Proffesor Oak or Elm but he was always focused on field work. He like studying rare and unusual pokemon. That was his field and his job tasked by the lab itself. The world doesn't often get to see these titans in their natural habitat. So it was his job to find them and tape them for further study. He was forbidden to capture them though for their absence might have grave consiquences. He was of course assigned assistant after his first success in a submarine following the titan of the ocean Kyogre. The pokemon was actually enjoyable company when not provoked like the fools team Aqua did. Her name was Keiko. She traveled him everywhere and got to play with numerous pokemon in the process. Eventually they began to feel for one another and eventually got married. This eventually lead to them having a single child. Everything was great until one day while studying the pokemon Groudon. 

         It wasn't the pokemons doing but the enviroment itself that brought about the death of Keiko. While traveling back to the surface after a few hours of filming the pokemon there was a colapse within the cave network. Hotaru and Souichi were able to get alive but Keiko did not. During the collapse she was crushed under its weight. This damaged a lot of the doctor's spirit. However it did not stop his research, he did his job but he was not as motivated as he used to be. Hotaru wound up doing most of the feild work once she got older which helped her mentaly after the loss of her mother. Eventually this lead to the doctor wanted to start a new life in another region. He asked Birch for a transfer to the labs in the Alola region. He used the excuse that pokemon from other regions looked different there and it would be good for him and his daughter to experience these new pokemon. It was approved and off he went.

      Hotaru ended up crossing paths with a Houndour. The pokemon was caught stealing lunch from her sack. It wasn't much but she lost a energy bar in the process. Now rather scaring it off like a trainer might or throwing rocks. She picked up her sketch pad and her camera. While the camera filmed the scene she began to sketch it. The pokemon discovered her presence when she wasn't paying attention and tripped over the root of a tree. It's face was covered in chocolate which eventually made her laugh. Once she had her fun with the pokemon she began to head back to the camp her and her father made. The eevee though followed her back. Long story short they became quick friends. With the help of the professor the relationship was made official and the pokemon became her first and at the time only pokemon.

 Name: Jade Saphire
 Age:16
 Appearance: Take away the team rocket uniform and keep the pink hair and dark eyes and you got Jade. He stands at six feet exactly. No more no less that that and weighs in about 180 pounds. He is thin and does keep to his old color scheme. He traded in his rocket uniform for a much more different color. He wears a red vest with a black dress shirt underneath and wears a pair of red dress pants and black shoes. Hidden underneath his collar is a tattoo that he got of a dragon looking much like a red gyarados. 

 History:
 Why has he come all the way to Alola,... simple. His syndicate was beaten once more by a child but he was a part of the johto branch. He saw the destruction of his base by a fearsome creature that his team created out of shear force. The same red gyarados he later got tattooed on his neck as a reminder. After escaping the destruction he decided he had enough of his life of crime and decided it was best to seek asylum somewhere else far from the reaches of team rocket. He chose Alola for this purpose. He took with him the only true friend and family he had left. His Vulpix. He quite like the pokemon and was actually the only pokemon he didn't steal. He saw it in the woods near a shrine and it caught his interest to the point he decided to try and catch it. It felt like a trial of skill and determination as he chased the three tailed fox all over trying to obtain him. Finally he did and ever sense carried him along for the ride. 

 As for the rest... well thats for me to know and you to find out....
