He had already digressed that she was foreign due to her slight accent (Korean, was it?), but it seemed rude to let her know that. No matter. Soon another student chimed in, the hoodied boy that had helped Su-Mi up.

             Then came in yet another girl, one that seemed to glow with fire for a second but soon willed such heat to dissipate. Coming up to Su-Mi, the girl spoke of apologies for punching her, and then produced a phrase that Aki had not heard before. Perhaps the strange statement was something common in the girl's own culture? She repeated the phrase again, and then, quite blatantly, just asked for Su-Mi's name.
