I have practical knowledge that you have to learn by observation; one of the things I can think of right off is that I know how to build a smokehouse so we can preserve meats and fish like our great grandparents. I also know how to build a log cabin, a waterwheel with a griststone though I admit that task might require some practical experience to get right[/color]
