A number of factors could threat her life: The hunters, the lack of first aid...

Oh and [@Noxx] Both of the bolts are aimed on the same target, the creature's head. so if they hit someone, they would probably hit the same person 2 times.

But again, the Doctor is paying attention at things. Shai currently isn't.
