She got tried of basically selling her body for pocket change so she left in search of more money for her family. When the king put out the request for people to kill the Orcs, she knew this was too good to pass up.

The only people he has ever trusted ended up being killed. He is working on it slowly but surely...but it is going to take some time. He is very smart and quick on his feet to keep people safe when he needs to. 
[b][color=00aeef]Back Story:[/color][/b] He did not draw the best cards starting this life. He started his life in an orphanage knowing nothing about his mother or father. They had left him there when his father found out his mother had cheated on him. He wanted nothing to do with Ban even to this day. He ran away from there when he was 16 years old starting off as a thief. He soon found other people like him and they trained him to become a great paladin. They taught him sword fighting, hand to hand combat, and even how to heal people. He left his friends and went to seek out endless wealth.
