[@The Nightcomer]In my mind, it's still flooded. To be more detailed, the kid is missing an arm and part of a leg. The Outsider gives more or less restores them, but they're made out of Void. All black and stony like. The powers are channeled in that way. A bit far fetched, I know. But my mind runs wild. They do find some allies though! But it's a very new concept in my mind.. I even have some of the powers lol
