I'm quite new myself - and it looks like you've got an idea going already for Dishonoured, however I have seen people do posts asking if people were interested in certain things. Usually in the 1x1 check thread though.

The idea for the roleplay is once it's started, you move it to the main part (for example free roleplay/casual roleplay/advanced roleplay) and start with IC/OOC/Character page.
