[@chayden13] Exactly what [@Gunther] said above, playing as a squad leader while he leads the SpecForce division could be an interesting dynamic, but it's up to you.

[@Gunther] only one minor issue with the sheet, which I raised with you on discord. Change that one word and you can post it up in the Character Sheet tab.
