[@The Nightcomer]Exactly! :D I have a few more less-thought out ones. Lol. I had to look up what the whalers could do. They can use blink, but their range is a lot greater than Daud's and Corvo's because instead of seeing the location they want to go, they visualize it. They can also use Pull. Also they can't see the Outsider, only the marked ones can unless he chooses to appear to them.
