[@zarkun] sure that'd work, but you don't have to use a Pokeball to do that -- just take it as: Pokeballs can't catch any Pokemon except those in basic stage. So, Tommy can physically pick the Fairy-type up and move it, but not catch it with a Pokeball (you save a Pokeball too, so win-win?)
