There are no windows, and the florescent lights do little to liven up the place. Are you even in Axis Mundi anymore? They must be controlled elsewhere.

Dump

It's a room where trash is stored before being carted out of the building. There really isn't anything of note but the huge mound of trash sitting it it. Supposedly there's a trap door that opens up to clean the room out, but it doesn't look like it's been working for some time.

Lockers

A room full of employee lockers. Staff would store their lunch and uniforms in here. There's also a change room in the back.

Break Room

A place for the staff to eat in peace. There's a mini fridge, drink dispenser, and even an espresso machine! It's hardly a diner, but it's still a great place to hang out and eat together. This space is currently used as a place to organize meetings and share information with other infinites.

Store(age)

A room filled with cardboard boxes. There are various time saving items in here, from spare uniforms to spare bulbs to cleaning supplies. Anything that would save a janitor a trip to the hardware store.

Clean Room

This room appears to have been used to clean surgical equipment, but most of those devices have been torn out of the walls. The room has been converted into a basic laundromat.

Bath

Bathrooms.

Patients Rooms

Your rooms. Each one varies slightly in design, often containing decor related to your talent and/or personality. They are still undeniably patient rooms however, and they are not fitted like a luxury suit. Each room has a toilet and shower at the back of the room behind a curtain, as well as a first aid kit that is bolted to the wall. More severely afflicted patients will find additional specialty medications in their kit.

Resort F1

Fountain

A giant star shaped fountain. At a time, there were various peddlers selling wares or food stand around the fountain, but now there are nothing but vacant spaces.

Theater

A massive theater for watching plays. For those with more refined tastes. Monokuma occasionally makes an appearance here. There appear to be some musical instruments and stage props hidden backstage.

Study

An abnormally large study with multiple desks. Was formerly a bookstore or library. It's a little dusty, but there's plenty of reading material. No category of book is off limits, from novels, to to self help, to entire volumes of encyclopedias. There's nothing that can make sense of the situation however, and all of Axis Mundi's special reports and such are held elsewhere.

Vault

A massive vault with a large door. it spans the entire side of the "study" It won't open, so it's contents are unknown.

Aladin's Palace

A naturally formed cave that runs along the side of Axis Mundi. Instead of closing it up, it was turned into a sort of educational walk. The cave holds no life, but there are naturally forming crystals and interesting rock formations. It can make for a romantic AND frightining walk! it's also a good place to talk about penguins apparently...

Mono Stand

A tent stand with various coin machines located under it. For a mono coin, you can win some random gifts.

Mono Shoppe

A hardware store that contains all the things you'd find in a hardware store, from rope to duct tape. It appears to be mostly empty, but there are some things in the back room. There's also a bathroom in the back.

COC

The site of a rollercoaster ride called "Tower of carnage." However, someone has defaced the name, which nor reads "Court of carnage." The gates are shut tight, and there's no way to enter.

Hospital Facilities F1

Offices

a room filled with computers on a closed network. There are some password protected files, but little else can be found in this room. The filing cabinets have been pillaged.

Physiology ward

Not actually a ward, but a gym to aid in rehabilitation. Among the exercise equipment is a robot that assists people with relearning to walk and build stability.

View

A room that lets one look into the ER room, as well as a monitor that looks out a camera in the Neurology room. It's unclear what this room's use was, perhaps to keep an eye on treatments?

ER

A fully equipped ER room with everything from refrigerated blood to muscle relaxing medicine to the defibrillator. There's a dummy laid out on the table, a bit worse for wear now that someone cut into it. There's also some missing tools...

Neurology

There are a bunch of monitors hooked up to a large doughnut-shaped device. the ring circles around a headrest, and it looks like there are brackets for retraining patients by the wrists and ankles. It's difficult to imagine the people treated here were willing participants. There is very little literature about operating the machine, or even what it does.

Post

This appears to have once been a reception desk. You can make an announcement and be heard anywhere on the floor. Best not to abuse it.

waiting room

An outer area filled with seats. There's a large monitor in front of all the seats. You expect Monokuma to show up on it whenever you walk past.

B

Bathrooms.

Crematorium

Seriously? In a hospital? Right across from the ER no less. Though there's a sign on it that says "KEEP OUT SICKIES" in a very cute font. It's locked and doesn't seem to respond to anyone's E-handbook. Though someone may have found out how to turn it into a forge.

F2

Overview

Everything has an australian vibe, and is a nod to the saints and sinner's killing game.

Patient's Quarters F2
Rooms belong to: A: Max Visser B: Marianne Roche C: Alice Masson D: Mercy Evergreen E: Zachary Ackerson F: Jezebel Volcov G: Braden Clarke H: Emily "Ellie" Rishima I: Thomas Herringson J: Denis Orlov K: Lucy Fairglaive L: Faith Lambert M: N: O: P: Q: R: S: T:
E(livator)

There are approximately 14 elevators in the patient quarters, all without a control station to select different floors. This room has no floor in it.

Lockers

A room full of employee lockers. Staff would store their lunch and uniforms in here. There's also a change room in the back.

Break Room

A place for the staff to eat in peace. There's a mini fridge, drink dispenser, and even an espresso machine! Here you can enjoy a simulated beach environment regardless of weather conditions! Build a sandcastle, get a tan, or go wade in the water. The sandy beach also has a volleyball net. The sky realistically simulates the sun, and even has day and night cycles. If there are any limitations, it's perhaps that the water never gets deeper than your knees. The distant sea is also just part of a wall painting. But hey, very convincing if you can overlook that!

Art Plaza

At Axis Mundi, this plaza was used for artists who wanted to display their work to the public. Every week, new artists would be brought in to show off their work. But now it just seems like the carnage sisters come here to doodle like they're 4-year olds. You can find an assortment of art related products here, from brushes to chalk.

Kitchen

By popular demand! A place to prepare real restaurant style food! Stainless steel everything! No accessory has been overlooked, from the venting hood to the griddle. The fridge and freezer are are also restocked daily with fresh ingredients. You'll never have to thaw one of Alexandria's frozen breakfast sandwiches again!

Dining Room

More of a restaurant than a dining room. It's built like one of those diners from vintage era America during the 50s. Checkerboard floor pattern, red vinyl seats, and an old fashioned soda fountain right at the counter. There is ample seating, and the windows make it possible to watch the beach and music plaza from the comfort of your seats.

Music Plaza

A live stage set up fro a street performance. There are no performers, but you have access to every musical instrument available from the drums to a xylophone. As well as the tools to be heard, like kick boards and amplifiers. Watch out though, the carnage sisters come here to play from time to time. They really aren't the best musicians though.

Dojo

A large dojo that looks like it was cut right out of a feudal Japanese barracks. There's a mat for practicing martial arts, a range for archery, and a taller target for practicing jousting. But only a carnage sister could make use of such a thing. Obviously the Dojo had been constructed with safety in mind. While the blunted arrows will pierce a hay target, they will have difficulty critically harming a human. Of course, a creative individual could fix that...

Zen Garden

A pool of sand surrounded by stone and wood. There are few distractions in this room. Unlike the rest of the resort, this room was made to be as simple as possible. Was this even in the original building?

Hospital 2F

Morgue

The morgue is locked down pretty tightly, and it's not difficult to imagine what might be inside. There is a sign on the door that reads: “Do you really want to be in here?”

POD Room

A room with various pods. It's difficult to say exactly what they are used for, but it looks like it could be used to put a patient in stasis. That pod on the end looks like it has Walt Disney in it. Surely that's fake, right?

Pharmacy

A pharmacy for all of your prescription needs. While there isn't anything here to make your own medicine, the selves are periodically restocked with everything a patient needs. Of course no nurse would give a patient free access to every drug available. It seems that the pharmacy is only equipped with vital things that pertain to the infinites in this killing game. But there is a little sign that says “Ask a fellow nurse if you need anything special.”

Implant Workshop

The implant workshop is a “tourist friendly” version of an implant factory. There's a CNC machine for cutting all sorts of precise molds, and various injection machines for filling the molds with whatever is required. Silicone works great in breast implants, but you wouldn't want your teeth capped with silicone.

Cosmetic Surgery

An operating room that is much like the ER on the first floor, only this one is set up to work on patients going under plastic surgery. Plenty of sharp tools, drugs to knock you out, and anything else a plastic surgeon might need on hand.

F3

Overview

This floor has a distinctly Korean vibe.
PQ is more or less the same as the previous floors.

Resort 3F

Arts and Crafts store

Exactly what it sounds like. A store for all kinds of arts and crafts. Everything made of glue and glitter. of course there's more than just yarn and string to get here. There are also an assortment of masks, props, and all sorts of other goodies for seasonal and event decorating.

Work shop

The manly version of the craft's store. From welders to wood clamps, you're set up to build anything you can think of. Well, provided you can make it by hand. There are a few dangerous looking tools here, from saws to drills to hammers.

Plants

Just a display with plants. Aside from a few lilies, none of them flower. A sprinkler system kicks on at different intervals.

Carnival

Don't let the small size on the map fool you. This leads into a very large area that is host to full carnival experience. Everything from cheap food to rigged games. There's a distinct monomania theme.

Midnight Carnival

Door's locked. wonder what's inside?

Hospital 3F

Quarantine

Quarantine looks like a huge safe, only the door can be opened by one of the carnage sister's E-handbooks. The phrase "FUCK OFF!” is written directly on the door.

Clean

This appears to be a cleaning room to check people as they enter and leave the quarantine room. There are several sprayers and suits in here.

Virus Lab

A lab set up with microscopes, freezers, and everything else needed to preserve and work with such tiny specimen. Oddly, all the documentation in the room is for curing a virus called hope.”

Chemistry Lab

This room seems to be more for teaching students about chemistry than performing serious research. This room is filled with beakers, text books, and all sorts of stuff that pertains to making science... at a fifth grade level or lower.

Robotics lab.

A room for robotics that has robotic arms that build robots who can then build other robots, or robots that can do anything really. provided you know how to do that sort of thing. Most of what's in here looks to be far beyond your understanding, and there's nothing here to help you.
