I like the character. However, I do have a couple of questions

If he is a kid, nothing would stop care serivces from taking him in-they aren't going to let a thirteen year old roam the streets. So did he run from care?

um. Actually. Thats the only question. 

Given that he is a young witch, he wouldn't have many skills just yet, so the witches skill section probably doesn't need to be done-but rather developed throughout the roleplay. 

And, well, if Callie finds him, she won't let him go. She's not going to let a kid, let alone a witch child, be on the streets, or alone, when they could get themselves killed messing with witch craft
