Also just to clarify. [b]Yes[/b], this is the same design as Zeruel from Neon Genesis Evangelion, more specifically in the Rebuild movies. [b]Yes[/b], does he have similar powers to said anime counterpart.

But [b]no[/b], the two aren't identical. He has been changed to fit the RP as I used to have him in a previous RP. He is also based of an Evangelion fanfiction named "Nobody Dies" (its pretty good), in which Zeruel in that fanfic is a god damn badass who is also based off the Reapers Harbinger and Sovereign from the Mass Effect series.
