Of all people, I know how fun it is to add tons of detail, but don't feel obligated to put more facts in a post than are needed. When you write, the goal should be to tell someone what happened, how it happened, and who was involved in it's happening. If a detail is not relevant, don't include it, and don't feel the need to apologize for not having it. :D

yea i guess that makes sense. but i find that adding the detail makes the reading experience more enjoyable and a lot more novel-like.
