There's a reason why the first thing the OP says is, in bold, all-caps, "[b]ALWAYS ACCEPTING CHARACTERS, RACES, MAGIC, GUILDS, RELIGIONS, AND CREATURES[/b]".

People don't need to ask if we're still acccepting, really, because it says it right there. XD
