No Idea what a Ice Pharmacist is. But you're right and I totally forgot about Ruruka because I hated her.
Her talent was Confectionist, so she only made sweets. Things like pastries with sugar based foods so; Pasteries, fruits, chocolates. Just your general candy too. The difference with my character is they can make any dessert, they're not limited.

So Ice-cream, Yogurts, Cakes, things that include Bacon, you name it. Kara isn't limited by her talent of dessert making and can strive for more than just your average sweet good.
