[@Rawk] in my opinion, to each his own..? I know (whenever [@@LoneSilverWolf] gets in here) Harper and Mitchell aren't ones to hold the civilians to a lesser standard than the military/wolves. I guess it just depends on the type of person. (: You may run with it however you wish!
The military are just the silent protectors, I guess. Some may have even left rank to just survive but not have the weight of worrying about others and just kind of hold a "fend for yourself" type attitude.
Idk. You can always think of your own way to run with it and just run it by me for confirmation..I'm pretty lenient ^-^
