Heartworm will never truly escape the legacy of its creator. Too much of its past has been spent dancing around her shadow; Too many psychological quirks still remain, whether accumulated through the struggle or built in from the very beginning for reasons long since obsolete.

The inverse is true of Chiral Phi. Creating her was a mistake Jvan will never be able to outrun.
