SpecForces post-op schedule
	- Day one, check, prep, repair and stow equipment.
	- Day two-four: Rape and Run (R&R)
	- Day 5: Sweat out the hangover in PT and get back to normal duties which include regular equipment maintenance and specialty cross---training. 

One squad functions as ready unit for any emergency situations that arise requiring rapid intervention.
